Intelligent Integration of Business Intelligence Using Federated Learning in Distributed Cloud Computing Environments
Abstract
Business Intelligence (BI) systems have become fundamental components of modern enterprises for transforming large volumes of organizational data into actionable insights. However, the growing adoption of distributed cloud environments introduces challenges related to data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and efficient data sharing across geographically dispersed locations. Federated Learning (FL) has emerged as a promising machine learning paradigm that enables collaborative model training without transferring sensitive data from local environments. This research explores the integration of Intelligent Business Intelligence systems with Federated Learning in distributed cloud infrastructures. The proposed framework facilitates decentralized analytics while preserving data confidentiality and reducing communication overhead. By leveraging local model training and centralized aggregation mechanisms, organizations can generate accurate predictive insights from heterogeneous data sources without compromising privacy requirements. The study examines the architectural components, implementation strategies, and operational mechanisms necessary for deploying federated BI solutions in cloud ecosystems. Furthermore, it evaluates the impact of FL on decision-making efficiency, model accuracy, scalability, and compliance with data governance regulations. The findings suggest that intelligent BI systems powered by Federated Learning can significantly enhance organizational intelligence, improve predictive analytics capabilities, and enable secure cross-domain collaboration. This approach represents a transformative solution for next-generation cloud-based business intelligence platforms
