Intelligent Risk Assessment in Enterprise Systems using Federated Learning and Cloud-Native Security
Abstract
The rapid digital transformation of enterprises has increased operational complexity, cybersecurity threats, regulatory pressures, and the demand for intelligent risk management solutions. Traditional enterprise risk analytics approaches often depend on centralized data processing models that create privacy concerns, scalability limitations, and security vulnerabilities. This research explores an intelligent enterprise risk analytics framework that integrates federated learning with cloud-native security architecture to enable secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving risk intelligence. Federated learning allows multiple organizations or business units to collaboratively train machine learning models without exchanging sensitive raw data, thereby improving confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Cloud-native security architectures provide dynamic scalability, automated protection mechanisms, and resilient infrastructure through technologies such as containerization, microservices, zero-trust security, and continuous monitoring. The proposed methodology investigates how artificial intelligence-driven analytics combined with distributed computing environments can improve risk prediction, anomaly detection, and cyber resilience. The research evaluates architectural components, data processing strategies, machine learning models, security mechanisms, and performance assessment approaches required for implementing intelligent enterprise risk management systems. The findings are expected to demonstrate that federated learning integrated with cloud-native security can enhance predictive accuracy, reduce privacy risks, and support proactive decision-making in modern digital enterprises
