Orchestrating Intelligent Cloud Ecosystems for Secure AI Enabled Enterprise Transformation with Cloud Native Intelligence

Abstract

The systemic migration of legacy corporate processes toward artificial intelligence requires a fundamental re-engineering of underlying cloud architectures. This paper presents an integrated framework for Orchestrating Intelligent Cloud Ecosystems for Secure AI-Enabled Enterprise Transformation with Cloud-Native Intelligence. Traditional approaches to enterprise AI deployment frequently treat cloud infrastructure as a static utility, creating performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and high data egress latencies. By embedding cloud-native intelligence—including automated service meshes, immutable containerized environments, and serverless orchestration engines—directly into the AI lifecycle, this framework establishes an elastic, highly secure environment for continuous corporate evolution. The proposed architecture leverages localized cloud-native monitoring to dynamically scale machine learning models, isolate sensitive data workloads using hardware-level enclaves, and enforce real-time, zero-trust cryptographic verification across all microservice layers. Through a rigorous examination of stream processing, decentralized model orchestration, and automated vulnerability scanning, this study highlights how large-scale organizations can decouple business intelligence from physical hardware dependencies. Ultimately, this research provides a definitive structural methodology for technology executives and cloud engineers seeking to maximize algorithmic efficiency, ensure global regulatory compliance, and build resilient, self-correcting corporate platforms capable of operating at maximum operational scale.
