Modernizing Enterprise Platforms using Artificial Intelligence for Enterprise API Management Cloud Architecture and Decision Intelligence
Abstract
Enterprise digital transformation has accelerated the need for modern platforms that are scalable, intelligent, secure, and capable of supporting rapidly changing business requirements. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key enabler in modernizing enterprise platforms by enhancing Enterprise API Management, optimizing Cloud Architecture, and strengthening Decision Intelligence. AI-driven API management improves service discovery, traffic optimization, anomaly detection, automated documentation, and security monitoring, enabling organizations to achieve greater interoperability across distributed systems. Similarly, AI enhances cloud architecture through predictive resource allocation, workload optimization, automated scaling, fault detection, and infrastructure resilience, thereby reducing operational costs while improving service availability. Decision Intelligence integrates AI, machine learning, business analytics, and knowledge management to support data-driven decision-making, enabling enterprises to anticipate market changes and improve strategic planning. The convergence of these technologies creates adaptive enterprise ecosystems capable of responding efficiently to evolving customer expectations and competitive pressures. This study examines the role of AI in transforming enterprise platforms by reviewing current research, identifying implementation strategies, and proposing a methodology for evaluating AI-enabled enterprise modernization. The findings highlight that successful AI adoption requires robust governance, high-quality data, skilled personnel, and continuous monitoring to maximize organizational performance, innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability in increasingly complex digital environments
