Cloud-Native Agentic AI Framework for Autonomous Enterprise Intelligence Cybersecurity and Predictive Analytics

Abstract

The rapid evolution of cloud-native computing and Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) has transformed enterprise digital ecosystems by enabling autonomous decision-making, intelligent automation, and real-time predictive analytics. Modern enterprises generate massive volumes of structured and unstructured data from cloud applications, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management platforms, cybersecurity tools, and operational infrastructures. Traditional centralized enterprise management approaches struggle to process these distributed datasets efficiently while maintaining cybersecurity, scalability, and regulatory compliance. This research proposes a Cloud-Native Agentic AI framework that integrates autonomous AI agents, predictive analytics, cloud-native orchestration, and Zero Trust Security to establish intelligent enterprise ecosystems capable of self-monitoring, self-optimization, self-healing, and autonomous decision-making. The framework utilizes machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI to continuously analyze enterprise data, predict operational risks, detect cyber threats, optimize cloud resources, and automate business workflows. Cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, microservices, containers, serverless computing, and event-driven architectures provide scalable infrastructure for deploying autonomous AI services across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Integrated governance mechanisms support AI lifecycle management, identity and access management, compliance monitoring, API security, and continuous auditing. The proposed architecture enhances operational efficiency, cyber resilience, predictive intelligence, and enterprise governance while reducing operational costs and accelerating secure digital transformation across modern cloud-native enterprise environments
