Cloud-Native Oracle Database Modernization Using Intelligent Migration Frameworks and Automated Recovery Architectures
Abstract
Organizations continue migrating enterprise Oracle databases to cloud-native platforms to improve scalability, availability, and operational efficiency. However, migration complexity often introduces downtime, security risks, and configuration inconsistencies. This paper presents an intelligent Oracle modernization framework integrating automated migration planning, Infrastructure as Code, database replication, recovery automation, and cloud-native optimization techniques. The framework supports seamless migration while maintaining transactional consistency, disaster recovery capabilities, and infrastructure governance. A scenario-based simulation illustrates reductions in migration complexity, improved recovery capabilities, and enhanced operational efficiency for enterprise database modernization initiatives.Article Information
